Hi, I’m Grant Shimmin

I’m a news and opinion journalist and columnist based in Christchurch, New Zealand. The Adventures of Monkeybreath and Twinkletoes began as bedtime stories I made up for my young daughters nearly 20 years ago. The Pine Tree Peacekeepers is the first full length story I’ve written about these characters.
